Staff are just great, so friendly and expedient. Love the bottled water annd the doggie gift bag. Water taffy bag very sweet. Rooms, beds, shower really are wonderful and what can we say about the view!!! One small thing - lighting could be improved - especially a light by the couch. Breakfast is adequate, not really anything to shout about. Room service was fast and efficient during our 5 day stay. We love our time here and will be back next year. Thank you for making my birthday memorable. 💗

Loved our stay. Staff are exceptional. My only complaint is the slider with the oceanview was not as clean as it should be. Im sure they get alot of salty mist because they are on the beach but keeping the windows clean for each guest visit should be on the checklist. Otherwise, wonderful experience and that wont keep us from going back.

The staff was friendly. It was fun having cookies from the lobby and chowder. Also, having lobby coffee all day is awesome. The bed was very comfortable. I do believe overall the hotel needs some TLC though. The pool area is in need of some repair and cleaning. The room was good but again could use some deep cleaning. The fan in the bathroom did not work and the room electrical outlets were quite questionable if they were safe or not, loose and jiggly to plug in. I was surprised to hear that all the rooms are pet rooms which is not great as my daughter has a dog allergy, but relieved that the room didn’t smell like dogs.

Room was spotless, modern with quality furnishings! The Bed and linens were so comfortable! Front desk, and attendents were the best. Nice surprise to have a nightly biwl of delicious salmon chowder at 5pm. Also, a homebaked cookie at 7. Will definitely stay again bext year for my Birthday! PS...Big plus, Pet Friendly!

We loved the fireplace in the room, balcony and view. Nice fireside seating outside. The beds were HUGE and very comfortable. Very clean. They offer chowder and cookies in the evening. The staff was very nice. I would only say that the hotel itself/common areas are dated. Some fixtures in the room are rusty. I despise a shower curtain, but that is just minor.
