Firstly I was warmly greeted by Arfan at reception who was helpful and professional, this gave a great start to my visit! My room was clean warm and very comfy, loved the coffee machine, fridge and great walk in shower with anti slip tray. The heating can be easily controlled for comfort and you can cast right to the tv! Breakfast was plentiful, great selection and delicious! I had one small query, which was dealt with super quick and professionally by their Amazing manager Steph. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

When we arrived I was informed it was an upgraded room when it clearly was not, then on entering the room the toilet was disgusting and the room smelled so I was moved to the room next door . The next day I left the sign out to refresh the room and was out of the room from 10am to after 5pm and came back to the room not cleaned when I rang reception I was told that housekeeping had finished for the day, the duty manager was nice providing us with toilet rolls and clean towels and I was informed I would get a call the next day. As expected no call so I will not be staying in the Maldron again. A very disappointing experience great location but that’s it.

All the staff at the Maldron were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we loved a personal note left in our room as we were celebrating an anniversary.
