The room next to us was very loud from 3 am till about 6 am ( at least 4 people in a room for 2 ) we called the receptionist about 4 am to complain but nothing happen ! When we checked out not even an apology for such a terrible experience .

I booked a two-bed room but was assigned a one bedroom room. There was no notification, no compensation, and even no notification from the front desk. After I went to front desk, I was just told that they were overbooked, and there was no two bedrooms available. I don’t even got an apology. This is so absurd.

Area around is not nice and there was only a restaurant across at another hotel. We had no hot water in the morning and breakfast bar was empty if food. One person at the front desk who was on the phone out back that we couldn’t see. We had to wait to check our bags. Just not up to the standards that we expect from a holiday inn express. Sorry

As someone who has made a habit out of staying at Holiday inn. This one was a little disappointing. The staff was not very friendly and did not seem aware of the check in process. It was still a good stay. It’s the little things that really make the difference.

I went cheap and got what I paid for

We had just flown in from Amsterdam and I wanted a shower - no hot water. To their credit, they fixed the problem and my wife had a hot bath about 6 hours later. there was only one working elevator and one working coffee machine. After checking out, I put my parking ticket up to the machine to read it and let us out, it didn't work. I'm going to check and make sure that I am not being charged twice. There were human hairs in the bathtub that didn't look like mine...
