We came from Virginia to see a concert. We chose this hotel because it said that it was a 8 min drive from the venue. It ended up being 25 minutes. Because of bad traffic, we didn't have much time before the concert. We checked in, went to our room to change and leave. The bathroom was dirty. The floor needed to be cleaned, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the bathtub was dingy. The room was clean and the bed. By the time we got back from the concert we were just so exhausted we went to bed and left early the next morning. If you are needing the airport this is a great location. Unfortunately the for us the time listed for our destination wasn't accurate. The continental breakfast was nice.

2 problems w/my stay: (1) very poor lighting in room, just 2 lamps and one had crazy bright white bulbs, one of which flickered, (2) Epoch Times on offer in library, which is an overly political publication and not serious journalism. Will never stay in another Holiday Inn Express for allowing this in the lobby.

Awful service from the manager

The manager was the one that checked me in and he must of been getting ready to go home for the day because he was rushing to get me out of the way. I ask all the questions because he wasn’t informative. Then I found out later that he overbooked my room when someone else walked into my room. I went downstairs to see what happened and another gentleman help me with the situation and was very apologetic. I was shocked to know that the manager was very irresponsible in my case. I probably won’t stay here again
