The staff is what really stood out for this trip. Our flight was cancelled due to the blizzard so we drove all night to get there ahead of the blizzard. Our room was not ready due to them being full the night before but once they had a room available even though it was before actual checkin they got us a room. It was not the king we had a reservation for but we didnt care. Then being short staffed and so full they staff went above and beyond to make sure people were able to get rooms and food even though it was very chaotic due to other hotels guests comign in to the restaurant that they had because their hotel did not have restaurants in their hotels and all the local restaurants were closed due to the blizzard. Yes there were long waits but the staff was working hard as every to please so many. I was highly impressed in this day and age where workers dont usually care the wat they used to. Many stayed and worked more hours then they were scheduled and with smiles always on there face. The room was clean and comfortable. If we ever are in the area we will definately use this hotel again. The only con is the decor is outdated but it didnt changed the experience.

The experience at this property was horrible. I highly would not recommend. There was no working heater or hot water in multiple rooms. The bathroom sliding door was not able to close resulting in no privacy. The staff would not accommodate anything or help with any issues. Very rude and unprofessional

ROOM Wasnt updated. Was told their disabled rooms werent all.updated. Pool n hot tub closed the 3 days there (which why we chose this place) Sink n toilet drainage was very slow and shower was broke. Hot water worked half the time. Wa stild cartridge in shower daucet needed replacing was broke. Told run hot water 10 mins that would help some. Smh cost too.much to be this wild

Hotel overall was good for our family of 5, room was spacious, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful storing luggage, getting extra sheets, pillows, supplies, etc. Water pressure and hot water were issues throughout the stay. Only 1 shuttle running to and from airport, so that took some time to get to and from the hotel. Free breakfast was sufficient and saved a lot of money with a 5 day stay. Pool was OK - hot tub was not hot, not the cleanest pool area but the kids didn't mind. Pretty easy 35-45 minute travel into Manhattan via Uber or 60-75 minute commute via NJ train. Would stay there again for the price and location.
