This hotel used to be a Sheraton and we’d stayed before and thought it was good value for the money. This trip we were fairly disappointed. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations, and our room was supposed to have a refrigerator and did not. I called the front desk and they said they would send one up. 3 hours later no one had come so my husband went to the desk. They had no record of a request! We did finally get the refrigerator though. Just overall meh and probably won’t stay again.

It was...fine

Hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and prompt. The hotel itself is outdated, semi-under renovation and the room itself was in rough shape. Dust and dirt all along the corners/furniture, cracked tiles and dislodged showerhead in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, very stained pillows, hair in the bed and shower. Understood this is a budget hotel, but repairs and cleanliness are clearly not a high priority.

The hotel was not clean. The proximity to a very loud club made the stay very uncomfortable for a family, let alone the noise we could hear all the way on the 14th floor. The lighting of the room was poor and the heating system did not work very well either.
