Rooms are tiny. Lobby is tiny. Grab N Go lounge coffee machine out of milk so only black coffee available. Staff was not able to help. Grab N Go pastries were good but not enough to last the 3- hour window.

Positive first. Jerry was awesome and super friendly. Front desk was great and quick service when we needed more towels etc. Location was excellent and room was quiet. Now the negative. Room had dirty carpet and bed was not comfy. Bedframe was very worn and the mattress had a stain and was full of dry skin. It was covered by a thin sheet ( no mattress cover) and no top sheet just a duvet. Room was very hot and no air conditioning. We were sweating even though the heat was completely off. Complimentary grab and go was a nice idea but out of pastries by 8:30 am when it was supposed to be 7-10. Overall I would rate the hotel 6/10

Even though the room were smaller, were clean and sufficient. The positive was the location we were close to everything and we were able to walk to restaurants, subway etc. I want to just say that the staff was amazing and they made us stay pleasant.

I think this was a good choice for the price. I especially liked the bathroom - it was much cleaner and more modern than expected. I liked getting free waters, but I would prefer that they have a water bottle refill station or something, to avoid plastic waste.

Room and hotel look nice. Very clean and a friendly staff. But it is extremely noisy. Doors slamming constantly. And to use the TV you have to put in your personal account info. And last the Air/heater in my room would not go below 75 degrees. I had to turn it off to sleep.

This small boutique hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting New York city. The staff were personable and helpful. The hotel provides easy access to the theater district, yet it is far enough away from the traffic noise on Broadway that you can get a good night's sleep. I really appreciated the lounge on the 2nd floor with coffee and tea that is available all day and the pastries that arrived for breakfast.

Room was very dark at the bottom floor. We clearly hear voices form the reception area and from some working area which was disturbing. The heating system was switching all and off loudly - we didn't get much sleep. The coffee in so called "lounge" is below bad quality. Robes in a room are strangely out of place paired with only plastic glasses. Front desk got is real glasses after I complained

We had the best nights sleep here! The room was quiet, dark and the bed and pillows were comfy. The heat unit was quiet and kept us warm! The one thing that would make our stay excellent is improving time it takes for the shower water to heat up!
