I love this place. Its very no frills and works well for me because when i stay there , its for work. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are modern. They have shampooo, conditioner, handsoap and body wash. They also provide toothbrush/paste but you have to ask. There is parking in the front but its very limited and everytime I stay here, its full. The area is fairly quiet for nyc. Lots of food especiallg asian and hispanic. Industry city is also walking distance theres a bus in front of the hotel and the traijn is about 10 minute walk The biggest negative for me is that young people can be a little noisy at times but ive stayed here 4-5 times (5nights on average) and its been a problem only twice but something to be aware of

This hotel advertised parking on the premises but there is absolutely NO parking on the premises or the surrounding neighborhood! Had to park at a fire hydrant and pray i didnt get ticketed. Checked in at 130am and had to get up at 6am to try and find parking. On top of all that, the elevator was out of service, and we were on the 3rd floor with luggage...never again!!

For this to be a fairly new hotel the room I had was pretty run down, there was stains on the towels scuff marks on the walls. I would not stay here again…
