Heater didn’t work properly- room was too hot and even when we attempted turn it off, it didn’t work. There was a very old party next door at 2:0 a.m.- security was sent up right away and they did resolve the issue.

The girl at the desk when I arrived was very kind. Arrived on a fri. afternoon around 430 on jan 23. I wish I remembered her name...very kind and helpful. The ladies the next morning, not so much. But overall, amazing place to stay. Well worth every dollar spent. Thank you very much for everything!
