It not what i though it was going to be also i was not happy that i had to pay $30 on top of price just to check in an hour early. And the bathrooms sink water took along time to drian witch was over night. So i wasn't happy at all after my visit.

Overall, our stay was alright. We were just staying here before taking a flight out of Rome. It's a little confusing getting in and out of the area from the airport, but Google maps was able to figure it out. We were pretty hot the whole time there (even though it was January). The shower also doesn't have anything to hold in the water so it gets all over the bathroom floor, but I also know that might just be differant than what I'm used to. Overall, though, the value was good and we felt safe. There is a McDonald's right next door if all else fails!

Room was fine and pretty clean. The staff would let homeless people into the basement even if they did not have a room there. Really accommodating with check in and flights not corresponding by allowing us to store our luggage there. The area was not the best, but if you are trying to save money it’s not bad.

Great value for a quick stay in NYC. The hotel is simple and nice. Clean room, good bathroom, everything you need if you’re travelling low key. Nothing fancy, but also nice and pleasant overall. The neighborhood may seem a bit sketchy if you’ve never been to New York, but it’s honestly fine. Mostly industrial and nothing special around, but also very conveniently located, taking transit to Manhattan only takes about 4 stops and 15 minutes. Would definitely come back again.

Nice stay when on a budget, but the walls are thin, cold water in the bathroom 🚿, and my door's battery needed replacing so the front desk had to open my door every time I wanted to get in my room because the key fob wasn't working.

The room was clean, and the staff was very nice. It seems to be on the line of a micro hotel, where the room is slightly smaller but very sufficient, and with few amenities. There was a.small refrigerator, no microwave, and two plastic cups for water. No coffee maker, and if you keep that in mind you won't be disappointed. It was nice to spend at least one hundred dollars less and walk to get our own coffee.
