Noisy, decrepit hotel. Mold in sink. The fitness room was a joke. Avoid this dump. Also, rude staff. When I asked for an envelope, I was told to go to Walgreens. When I asked for change (to tip the staff) I was told they don’t have any. Never again!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's so nice to stay somewhere that has staff that smile at you every time you walk in the doors. Our room was very clean and had none of that old stuffy smell a lot of hotels have. We booked a deluxe king room that put us on the top floor with a view of the river, which was an unexpected bonus! I would not stay at this hotel again. The room appeared to be old and not very clean. The toilet overflowed in our room the morning we were leaving; the maintenance man who came up to fix the toilet was very nice and came to our room very quickly - he was one of the nicest people we encountered during our stay. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I expected better service for the amount we paid for the room.

The room seemed in good condition until a huge roach/water bug started walking across one of the beds. After it was removed, I requested the bed linen changed and got the response from the person who came to remove it, "it's just a roach, you want the sheets changed because of that? Housekeeping came and changed the sheets and dumped the top cover on the floor then proceeded to put it back on the bed. When I requested a clean top cover, I had to explain to them 1. the roach was walking across the bed and 2. the cover was dumped on the floor. There was no way that cover was going back on the bed. Room service then explained that because the pool is on the 10 the floor,(our room was also on the 10th floor) people leave a lot of garbage which causes a lot of roaches to run around. WOW! How about an exterminator?? Disappointed.
