From the time we jumped out of our uber upon arrival from the time we checked out the entire staff were VERY friendly. Safety was never a concern, security and staff made sure we felt comfortable with our surroundings. Our room (oversized room) was always clean.

The staff was cordial and respectful. The site was clean and had a nice workout room. It was a secure location and all were friendly there. I’d use this hotel again if I go back to New Orleans. It is quite close to French

It's in the heart of the French Quarter and we liked that. We did not like that we had to pay extra to park; $45, which was not made clear on the website advertisement. The valet was suspect because we took a picture of our mileage and our car had 2 extra miles even though we did not drive our car. It was supposed to be sitting in the garage. Be careful folks.

Terrific location, walkable or easy transit to all locations. Excellent staff, incredibly comfy beds. Our standard 2 double room didn’t have a place or means to hang clothes which was a little inconvenient but no big deal. Would stay here again.

Everything was ok, just generally dingy. Bathroom showed a lot of wear. Limited to no lobby area to sit in. Staff was friendly and maid service was good, but just felt like it wasn't worth the money spent.
