Noisy, decrepit hotel. Mold in sink. The fitness room was a joke. Avoid this dump. Also, rude staff. When I asked for an envelope, I was told to go to Walgreens. When I asked for change (to tip the staff) I was told they don’t have any. Never again!

Valet parking damaged my Lexus - scraped and dented on passenger side. Maid banged on my door the morning of checkout, even thought I had ‘do not disturb’ sign out. All the doors to rooms slam and shake the walls. Otherwise nice. Repairs to my car will cost a full insurance claim and deductible.

The staff was great especially Malcom and Carl if it wasn't for them I would have given 1 star. The room smelled bad couldn't put my finger on what it smelled like but it was not good. Housekeeping sprayed air freshener. The bathrooms have no ventilation so everything stays humid and wet. The bathroom morror was peeling away from the glass frame. Worn enamil in the tub was covered with touch up paint. The comforter had holes and was stained. We slept without it the first night and asked housekeeping to change it the next morning when we saw them as we left. They did not change it they remade the bed with the same stained holy comforter. The icemaker on our floor didn't work we had to go to the 14th floor just to get ice. All around the front desk/lobby staff was really kind but the desperately need to fix these rooms for the money they are asking.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Stayed in an oversize room. They should had queen size beds instead of double size beds. We felt secure. They had security on staff and had to use card key in elevator. Only issue came back to my room late afternoon and my room door was not closed by housekeeping. That was unsettling. Issue reported.

Reception was rude, rooms are dark and furnishings old. The room stunk like wet carpet, old socks/mold. I tried airing it out by leaving door open. After 2 nights I told the man at reception about it. No apologies offered, just a put off attitude. Their solution was to send housekeeping to spray something. I said that wouldn’t address the possible health problem. Was told there were no other rooms in my class and was reluctantly offered a lower class room. The air conditioner only blew hot air in this one, and it smelled too, but was better than the previous one. The next day checking out, I was unbelievably scolded like an unruly child by the woman at the desk for not using her preferred terminology for housekeeping. I will never stay at a Wyndham again. The only good thing about the hotel is the concierge and location. Despite those things, it’s not worth the price.
