Parking was a little scary as there is only one entry/exit and there is no way to know when someone is entering and exiting until the last min. Cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. Hair was everywhere, even in the towels. Not sure what’s worse than drying off and being covered in someone else’s hair. That’s what happened to me….i told the staff the next morning and they did nothing.

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to places like Bourbon St and Canal which made finding restaurants walkable. The bathroom toilet seat wasn’t properly cleaned which I had to clean. The bathtub clogged while I took a shower. The bathroom ceiling had water stains in the corner. This place could use some updates to its rooms. I also paid for parking for one night and after leaving a late event the garage was closed which inconvenienced me to pay for additional parking somewhere else. This should’ve been disclosed to me that the garage would close at a certain time or I would’ve saved my money for a better option. The room itself was cozy and the bed felt comfortable which was a plus. Security was at the entrance for after hours which ensured more safety.

Our room was so hot. Hotter than outside. Had to ice down before going to bed. Our other friends said their rooms were freezing. Not sure what the problem was. Staff was friendly. We were on 2nd floor near road and it was very loud. Bed was good, other than loud and hot.

I was scheduled to stay from February 13–18 but ended up leaving early due to multiple issues during my stay. First, parking was a major problem. I specifically requested parking ahead of time, yet when I arrived there was no available parking and no clear resolution offered. That alone created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Secondly, housekeeping was inconsistent. The hotel frequently did not provide large bath towels daily, which is a basic expectation for any hotel stay. It was frustrating to constantly have to request essentials. The room itself was uncomfortably hot. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the temperature remained high and made it difficult to rest comfortably. I also checked out the gym, which was extremely minimal—barely equipped and not what I would expect based on how it was advertised. Overall, the lack of parking, inadequate amenities, and uncomfortable room conditions led me to shorten my stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

I'm disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite paying $600 per night, I was shocked by the lack of clean towels during my stay. I initially requested clean towels, handed over all my used ones, and was left without any for several hours. It wasn't until I called the front desk the next morning that towels were provided. Given the hotel's size and my premium rate, I expected a higher level of service. The manager's response, while appreciated, didn't address my expectation for compensation for the inconvenience. I'd like to discuss possible compensation or a gesture of goodwill for the distress caused.
