We reserved a room with 2 queen beds because we had a disabled veteran with us. We got a king bed, roll-away bed and a sofa. We asked for linens for the sofa and were told they did not have any linens to give us. Around 3 am, they knocked on the door and gave us linens. Our dirty towels stayed on the floor for 3 days and I finally got them to pick them up, but when they did, they took the linens we had for the sofa. So, our last night we had to take linens from the king bed to use on the sofa. The hotel did give us a $200.00 discount. Our stay was a challenge.
