They modified my reservation day of the trip

We didn't stay at the SpringHill Suites, as I had booked on Hotels.com. My reservation got modified on the day of our trip to a MOTEL across the street. It was not what I had booked at all. Now they want me to revise my review. NO. This is what happened. This is my review.

Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms & comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and we were assured by staff it was a safe area for our overnight stay. They do have an outdoor pool. It looked very clean but we didn’t actually get to use it because we were only staying overnight on our way through. They also serve a complimentary breakfast but we checked out prior to serving time. My kids were wishing we could stay longer than just one night!

The lady who checked us in took the time to show us some of the handicapped equipped rooms to make sure that they had what we needed. This helped us pick the right one. This is an excellent example of courtesy and seeking the customer's satisfaction with the hotel.
