The heating in the pool and hot tub did not work at all, and the pool and pool surroundings were covered with leaves. The next to last day of our stay a man came to remove leaves from the pool but not the area around the pool. He could not fix the heating element for the pool and spa. The company whose phone number was on the heating element said that the heating element had not worked in a while as he had had many phone calls about it. Before we arrived I had been very specific with the owner about heating the pool and spa as the heating element never worked when we rented the house two years ago. I expect a 30% refund. Also the toilet in the back bathroom doesn’t flush , and the shower there doesn’t drain. The toilet in the downstairs master bath doesn’t flush properly. The house is in a good location and works well for a family. However, the owner is not maintaining it properly.
