The staff was so nice here!!! Everyone was helpful and had personality! The room itself was OLD and basic. If you are just looking for a place to rest your tired legs and brain after doing some running around this place is great. If you are looking for a vintage luxury experience I would keep looking. The towels were dingy, they were clean but not the brightest white. You can tell they try to give you a good experience but the maintenance of the building needs work. It’s old and dated. Similar quality of a motel 6 or quality inn. It’s noisey but all of the french quarter is noisy so that is what it is. We stayed in room 216 across the street from the lobby. That was nice because it was downstairs and had a semi closed area so we could keep a close eye on our little pup who joined us on our trip, but also a bit noisey cause it’s right by the hall everyone needs to pass to exit through a gate that slams shut every time anyone enters or exits. They had coffee in the lobby every morning and everyone was so positive and friendly our entire stay. Very welcoming. If it wasn’t for the incredible staff this hotel wouldn’t have been given the 3 stars. Keep all those people!

This is my first time traveling after a long five year illness and I brought my dog. Thank you for accepting pets. Everyone was wonderful. I’d never stayed in New Orleans. Can I come back? Because I’m leaving South Carolina on the 13th and will need to stay there again probably on 15 January.

Clean room looking out on courtyard. very quiet. Front desk was present and attentive. Some hotels in the area wanted you to call when you got to the door. Not here. No fridge but I do not know if they said there would be one. I had brought a cooler and used their ice so it was no problem for me. Definitely come back

This is an older hotel in the French quarter. The room was old, small but it was cute. There is a parking at the hotel but it's expensive. I didn’t realized that when I booked. There is no breakfast at the hotel but coffee in the lobby 6 to 12 We left a day early because we didn't care about all the commotion around that area.

We found one roach, but besides that everything was fine, if the front desk attendant isn’t at the desk in the middle of the night, you might be locked out for a little bit until they get back to the desk.

When we arrived we were told that all of the parking was taken so we would have to park 4 blocks away and pay to park overnight in a lot or garage. The street was loud throughout the night so in room 400 none of us slept at all.

Booked this hotel for a quick two night stay to take my two littles (5&6) to the zoo and aquarium and just have a fun thanksgiving. We ended up getting on the road late due to a family pet passing away earlier that day. Otw down to New Orleans I called to let them know my check in time. Was told that was fine but that we’d have to pay for street parking and pay for it through the night because their valet was full and then in the morning we could try and get a valet spot. Finally got to the hotel and our room was not that clean, and was cold. Heat didn’t work all night and no one at the front desk answered the phone. The next morning when I spoke to the hotel staff about the issue all they offered was to send a space heater to our room. (They said the heat didn’t work in our room) We checked out and stayed else where for the remainder of our trip.
