The $15 daily restaurant credit wasn’t very useful, although the staff was extremely friendly. The balcony was lovely, and the mineral‑water dispenser with flavored options was a nice touch. The snack selection was fair, though it only included chocolate candy and no other varieties. Overall, the space was very clean, private, and well‑suited for both families and couples.

When I arrived to the hotel, I was told that I did not have a balcony. I’m not even sure if the front desk/assistant manager even had the right reservation. I was tired and a little flustered. By the time I pulled up my Expedia documents and the Line forming behind me grew, with my insistence that I booked a balcony I was finally given one begrudgingly and not very much courtesy involved. Most of the staff in this hotel is fantastic with the highlight to the Bellman in Valet in the front of the hotel. They also have amazing Concierge. With this said this Hotel needs a facelift and some sprucing up and some training and how to meet and greet their guest with love.
