This particular hotel was in very poor condition. The floor in our room was so out of plumb that the bathroom door would open all the way.

With the casino, I’m walking distance myself and my wife decided to press our luck. No we didn’t win but the hotel is conveniently located nearby. Once renovation is completed we will definitely be back.

It needs to be totally regutted. Carpet,furniture(splintered) floors are beyond old and dingy ,water pressure was horrible...Bedding was old. Beyond disappointed becaue we have stayed there in the past and it was such a fantastic place to stay. The pictures you show pn your website is definitely not what you get. Being that it is such a prime location you would think Wyndham cared about this facility as part of their brand.

We didn’t have a bad experience, we read some past reviews and were worried. but the worst was the ac vents at the front desk were all dripping from condensation. And there was a dog show happening so a lot of guests with dogs were there, and there was a smell in the halls and rooms that you could tell was covered up by a cleaner of some kind. The snacks in the snack store was grossly over priced. But the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We asked for towels at 4am and it was brought to us very promptly. Hopefully it’ll be much better after renovations

The Nightmare Hotel

The check in process with Hotels.com took forever after the designated check-in time because for 7 months nobody at Hotels.com decided it was a good idea to send my card information to the hotel. The shower in the bathroom filled with water within 10 seconds of starting it, every time I flushed the toilet it was a 50/50 shot as to whether I would have to reach my hand into the back and fix it, the pillows had orange stains for some reason, and there was hair on every surface when I checked in. I would never stay at this hotel again even if you paid me to.
