I stayed at the Wyndham for 15 days, and my experience was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and welcomed, thanks to the incredible staff, especially Shannon, Summer, and the hardworking ladies at the front desk along withcleaning staff. Greatly appreciated The room was always clean and comfortable, and the pool was the clearest and most enjoyable I’ve seen in a while. I wish the hot tub had been operational earlier in my stay, but overall, this hotel truly stands out. The warmth and professionalism of the team made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!

The check-in was fast and customer service was good but the room it’s self had all kinds of dirty spots on the chair and the floors the carpet was horrible I couldn’t walk on it with no socks or shoes it smelled as if the carpet needed cleaning or replaced.

I hesitated to book because of the reviews. However, this was an amazing stay. People complained about paying for breakfast but what they didn't say was it was a cooked grill. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. My flight was delayed so I was going to miss the check in time. I called and it was no problem. Got in at 2am with 2 hungry kids I was thankful for the snack bar. Pool open, no bugs, ac worked, comfortable room, hand soap in bathroom, safe location, casino across the street, plenty of food choices, airport shuttle. Great stay.

0 stars........I wouldn't recommended anyone to this hotel. It is falling apart the jacuzzi and pool were nasty and look as if they dont maintain it. My room floor looked like someone busted a nut on it. Their were five of us and we had only 2 towels when asked if we could get more was told they are limited. Just the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Nastiest hotel i have ever syayed in. The pictures online isnt the same as in person so be careful. I have a 4 year old with medical issues and we are always traveling for her appointments at Children's hospital in New Orleans. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING ANYONE TO THIS FILTH.... NOT COUNTING MY 4 YEAR OLD IS NOW SICK WITH A RUNNY NOSE DUE TO THE NASTIEST AND PAINT SMELL IN THE HALLWAY.

Walls and ceiling were very dirty, bugs in the room, beds were uncomfortable, bathroom not clean, need vent in bathroom, carpets were disgusting, carpet in hallway was awful. The only good thing was the tv. Breakfast should be included in price. Hot tub had no water and the water in it was green.
