Located under the Oaks of the Bayou St John neighborhood, this apartment is a great spot to begin and end your days in the Big Easy. Super close to all things New Orleans and a city bike station right on the block make getting around very easy!

The Space:
This adorable studio features a queen bed, full kitchen, renovated bathroom and lots of storage! Equipped with a roku TV, desk station or writing area. The best part of all, is the large shared backyard with garden and relaxing spaces. Enjoy this special retreat in the heart of the city!

Getting Around:
City Bike station on the block for easy bike rentals. Also walking distance to City Park, Jazzfest, and French Quarter.

Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

The backyard is shared with the homeowner. There is a dog on site that is often in the backyard as well as young children.

The owner lives on-site and we want to make sure this is a good fit for everyone. Please note, we do not host locals without prior approval. If you are from Metro New Orleans you must contact us before booking. Strictly no gatherings or parties or late-night noise. This home is strictly non-smoking, $200 smoking fee will apply. 2-person maximum occupancy.

Fab studio stay

Was fab! Cute, very clean, well organized, stocked, spacious . I felt comfortable and safe and it was so convenient to all I wanted to do.I have very sensitive allergies and there was something affecting me (cleaning solution, cologne, incense????). Hosts were attentive to my troubles and made immediate efforts to help.I left the day before the historic snow storm. It was freezing temperatures that night. Was happy to open the kitchen cabinets and let the faucet drip and was thankful for the portable heater and extra blanket, but that door could use some weather stripping. It was a very unusual event.Clean up was a breeze.Other than my allergies and the wild weather, this place was perfect. If it's just me or me and a close friend, I'd stay here again for sure.
