In terms of places to stay, this had to be one of the best we've ever been in! The owners of the property, Cindy and Dave, had to be some of the nicest most hospitable people we've ever had the absolute pleasure to meet in all of our travels. The home in which we stayed was well maintained and surprisingly well stocked with water, spices, soaps, minor foods like cereals and other snacks. It really is a charming place to bed down at night after a long hike in zion! And every morning we got to hear paul(the peacock) cry out for more attention, which he so loves! All the animals are very sweet creatures.If you dont like farms or animals this isn't your place, though if you want my opinion, your crazy if you don't at least touch grass once and be around animals!All in all we highly recommend this place to everyone!

We absolutely loved staying here! Our only regret was that this stay was the shorter leg of our trip. We're already talking about planning an extended trip to Zion and this will be our first choice for lodging if it is avaliable. Our hosts were awesome and our toddler loved walking around the farm and seeing the animals. The guest house was cozy and welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit!

We have stayed at this wonderful New Harmony property twice and it has quickly become a favorite getaway for our family. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is set in a beautiful, serene area. My daughter especially loves getting to meet the animals, which adds a special and memorable touch to our visits. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax the moment we walk through the door. We look forward to our next visit.

Dave and Cindy were wonderful hosts. They have a beautiful cottage on a beautiful property in a beautiful area. Our family of 4-2 young adult children- was able to spread out well. We were there for a short time but were able to drive to Bryce Canyons which we all loved. On the last day Dave recommended nearby Kolob Canyons. Fabulous!! We only wish we could have spent more time on the farm and in the area.

Our stay near Zion National Park was absolutely perfect; Truly a magical experience from start to finish! The guest home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, offering everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway.What made this stay unforgettable were the wonderful animals onsite. There was nothing more therapeutic than sipping our morning coffee while watching the goats wander by, petting the gorgeous horses, or hearing the cheerful squeals of the piglets. It was peaceful, grounding, and unlike any other stay we’ve had.The location was ideal, just a short, scenic drive to Kolob Canyon, which was stunning. We left feeling refreshed and full of gratitude for such a special place. If we ever find ourselves back in this area, we’ll absolutely be staying here again. 5 stars all the way!

The home was beautiful, plenty of room. It was nice to have an ensuite and an additional bedroom and bathroom. The animals were a treat to visit. Zion was incredible! David came to meet us, even though we arrived later than expected. I would recommend this host.

Amazing place! Cindy and Dave were wonderful hosts. The house was perfect for our family, view was lovely and the animals on the farm were the highlight. We got to feed baby goats, and visit the pigs, horses and chicks. It’s about 45 minutes from the front entrance of Zion but the drive in is so pretty and we wouldn’t have wanted to miss the farm life! Can’t wait to plan another trip back. We miss it already!

Dave and Cindy were wonderful hosts. From our initial greeting to the end of our trip. The cottage was very comfortable and supplied with everything you would want. It was fun to watch the farm animals each day. If we travel back to the area it will be our first choice.

Amazing Atmosphere

We could not have picked a better place to stay while visiting Zion. Dave and Cindy’s family farm is picturesque, the location is ideal (two minutes from Kolob Canyon!), and the cottage is clean and well-stocked. My kids LOVED all the animals… especially Paul the Peacock. Thank you for hosting us for this incredibly memorable spring break!

Comfortable country living

We stayed at nice VRBOs visiting all five national parks in Utah. David and Cindy Killian's place was the best of them all. Spacious room (1200 sq. ft), friendly and responsive hosts, very close to Kolob Canyons in Zion N.P., peaceful animals at their farm, and a show-off wild peacock that paraded in front of our place each day. Couldn't ask for better! Thanks David and Cindy!

Wonderful Place!

Very, very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed visiting with the goats and horses. They were used to being around people and always came up to the fence to greet us. Great central location to Kolob Canyons, Cedar Breaks, Zion, and other great outdoor spots. I highly recommend this cottage.

Exceptionally Clean cottage in scenic location

We really enjoyed our stay at Cindy and Dave’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and had a nice open floor plan. The property is beautiful with great views of Zion Kolob Canyons, and is located just minutes from I15 and Zion National Park Kolob entrance, but in a very quiet location. Our kids really enjoyed the farm experience with the animals that Cindy organized. And Dave and Cindy were great to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this place more!
