This is one of Negril's most established boutique hotels on the west end. Its a beautiful place to stay if you are looking for something tranquil and secluded. enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay with them again.

We have stayed in many hotels in Negril since 2015 and this is our favorite. It’s so nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly helpful, courteous and offer exceptional service. Our meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and plentiful. Big ups to the staff , the wonderful chefs and especially Parchie for his outstanding bar and restaurant service, music choices and great company. My favorite part were the salt water pools. Loved everything about that. And the property was well maintained, very lush and green. The staff were friendly. My only issue was with the restaurant. But everything else was amazing. Would definitely return

The Westender Inn is truly a gem in Jamaica. It’s quiet, peaceful and well-maintained. The staff here treat guests as family and go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a memorable stay. Communication prior to arrival is prompt and comforting. You know that you’re in good hands and will be looked-after. My arrival transfer was arranged through the hotel and the driver met me at Montego Bay Airport with a smile. The drive to the hotel felt like a private tour as the driver proudly told me about Jamaica and the sights along the way. Check-in was seamless, and also met with a warm smile. I knew already I had chosen the right property for me, but the warmth I was shown reaffirmed that. My room was also clean, quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. Lunch and dinner can be taken right on the water’s edge, and the menu boasts a collection of local favourites (the fried chicken is a must!) The servers are kind, the food is delicious and the views are just unbeatable. Breakfast is in a more secluded side in the garden, and is equally tasty. The pools are also well-maintained and a real treat for those wanting to cool off. The pools are also perfectly positioned for those wishing to catch the sunset. Transfers into town are seamless, and such a bonus for guests without cars. I found them to be an efficient way to enjoy the local area. Overall, I 100% recommend the Westender Inn for those wanting an authentic Jamaican holiday.

The property is beautiful. We had a great view of the ocean from our bed. Dinner was amazing and drinks from the bar. The staff was lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. Our overall stay was just amazing. Views of the ocean from every corner of the property was breathtaking. The grounds were well kept. Looking forward to my next visit!!

Definitely a gem

I loved my stay at the Westender. The property is gorgeous, serene, and secluded. I enjoyed the salt pools and swimming in the ocean. The sunsets were beautiful. The staff were courteous and informative. The on site reataurant offers delicious and convenient meals.

Peaceful and has 4 beautiful well kept pools. The grounds are also kept up. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us daily. It’s like a home away from home. We will be returning on the next trip

Perched by the cliffs, with amazing views.. Woke up to the sound of the ocean while watching dolphins dance in the sea. A lerfect blend with peace and romance and excellent food.

The westender inn was great . Room was nice and so were the grounds. All the people were very nice. The reason for not giving five stars was was shuttle ride to beach at 10:00 we set and waited 45 minutes wanted to go to grocery store and was dropped off at little hole in wall that was a third the way the beach where nicer store was . Then waited 25 minutes for ride back while driver may a trip to hardware store for hotel. Than charged 32 dollars for their hardware shopping. So i just cut out are lunchs and dinners and drinks for rest of week which cost hotel at least 500.00 dollars. But they still made 32.00 dollars for bad shuttle to store.

This is a beautiful propety with unbeatable views! If you'e looking to get away from the toursty areas, unplug and relax this is the perfect stay for you. Staff is friendly and attentive, lunch and dinner at the restaurant we're good, shuttle service was a great addition to visit local attractions and go into town for the day.

The property was absolutely stunning. From the salt water pools to the extremely clean establishment, to the clear sky to see some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. I throughly enjoyed waking up everyday to my little piece of paradise.

My dissatisfaction wit this property began when the cleark told me it would cost me an additional $30 USD for a room with Air-condition. Then i had to frive through some bushy areas to go to the bungalow that was not properly secured. The stay was very uncomfortable because the surrounding areas and the door the the bunglow was not properly secured.

I normally love this property however this stay was not good. No upkeep. The floor was not swept or mopped prior to my arrival. They use to offer anything on the menu as the free breakfast and now it’s just eggs and fruit. I don’t eat eggs. Stay are great, very friendly and welcoming. I just think management has to remain involved to ensure the upkeep is maintained
