Only issue I had was that I called ahead of time to request an early check-in and was told I would have one available that it would be $25 however when I arrived it was not ready had to go to the park with my dog and wait for an hour but they did get it ready in an hour. Staff did an amazing job attending to all my needs and requests. The staff are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend staying here, rooms nice and clean. I stayed for a week and they came and cleaned my room every 2 days.

We came for a conference and new we would not be spending much time at your accommodations, which is why price was the most important factor. Indeed, this place was affordable. However, we found a piece of (clean) toilet paper in the bed! It was also quite noisy due to the traffic and thin walls. While nothing happened, and we spent almost no time there, it didnt feel particularly safe either. The staff were nice and very helpful; the suite is a large size.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the sink in our room was leaking. It leaked during our entire visit, despite maintenance coming out twice to try and fix it. The issue was never resolved, and the water created a constant hazard in the room—my daughter almost slipped and got injured because of it. What made the situation worse was the lack of proper customer service. At no point were we offered an alternative room, even after the second failed repair. When I requested a complimentary visit to make up for the inconvenience, the request was denied. I also asked multiple times to speak with the property manager to file a complaint directly, but was never connected or given the opportunity to do so. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected better care for guest safety and overall hospitality. I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend this property to others.

The motel problem is the location, near the freeway - you hear the cars and motorcycles all day and night. it's an issue if you use to sleep in a quite neighborhood, like me. the location is just a few minutes from the attractions

My room was very clean, and well taken care of, the property itself felt more safe, lights on all night, cameras all around the property. I could walk around by myself around the area any time of the day. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town

Place was ok just for sleeping. The area is sketchy but for the price I think it’s ok. Mini fridge didn’t work as well. Didn’t keep our food frozen and the bathroom was not as clean but this isn’t a hotel It’s a motel. We brought our own bed sheets and comforter which made it a bit more comfortable to sleep on the end.

This area is National City not the most glamorous but it is close by to everything for a decent price. Parking is free and accommodations are nice, rooms are very nice and modern, and staff is very friendly. My only major complaint was TV was confusing to navigate and bathroom is small on top of small towels but the shower gives off hot water very well so it made-up for it. Overall, would stay again since it was pleasant.

Overall good stay with decent sized room with microwave and fridge. Due to kitchenette name in the room, I was expecting a stove and utensils none of which were there. We didn’t use swimming pool as used our room for only sleeping and were out all day sightseeing.
