Everything was almost good! But floor of upstair to rooms dirty, seems not be vacuumed . Our room not be cleaned by house keeper daily, maybe you must request the service. Walls not be insulated good so could hear the noises outside of room. Receptionists were good, the Xmas tree & decorations were nice, coffee machine ready to use in lobby, everything in there be cozy.

Room was clean. No hot water in the shower, called front desk, maintenance came and he said that too many guests are taking showers at the same time. We were on the first floor and we were bothered by train noise passing by, came to find out that our window was open, someone could have climbed in and stole our belongings.
