This modern luxury town home offers top of the line appliances, high end furnishings, down comforters and pillows in a secure 24hr man gated subdivision. With two verandas and a large garden, Casa Stella Marina is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the Bahamas.
Whatever type of vacation you are looking for, be it a family trip, group of friends, girls or guys only trip, this luxury town home is for you. The property is gated and tightly secured, clean, and full of amenities such as a gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean, a marina restaurant and bar, tennis courts, playground, fitness center, spa and recreational rentals.
The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious closets and room to spread out throughout the whole house. The patios are vast with comfortable seating for reading with your morning coffee or having a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
The main floor hosts a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and dual ovens, flat glass 5-burner stove, microwave, glassware, cookware, coffee market and view of the open living/dining area. The dining table seats 6 with space for an additional three at the kitchen island. The back patio comes with a Weber BBQ and a small lounge area. There is also a bathroom, very comfortable over sized couch and large screen TV.
The second floor is home to the large master bedroom with comfortable king bed, nightstands and custom built in closets, full bathroom with shower, and blackout curtains framing the full glass doors that open to a private patio. This room also has a large flat screen TV.
Across from the master are two guest rooms, both with queen beds and full closests, and an additional full bathroom including a tub.
The town home provides wifi, plenty of towels, blankets. There is also a full washer and dryer provided.
Casa Stella Marina is a short 30-minute drive from Nassau's international airport, 10 minutes from Atlantis/Downtown Nassau, and 5 minutes from a grocery store. Transportation arrangements to/and from any location can be provided at additional fees.

Great location / clean and beautiful
The only thing I would say was a disappointment is the main unit shown in the photo ( yellow) is not the unit for the listing -we were under the impression our unit was beach front from the photo and description ( 25 steps to beach ) our actual unit was across the street - not far at all to beach ( more like 80 steps) but not beachfront - otherwise the unit was clean / beautiful and well appointed - also Geoffrey was a delightful resource and treated us like royalty!!!

Palm Cay Stay
We really enjoyed our family time in Palm Cay. The condo is modern, nicely decorated and in a quiet area - very relaxing! The kitchen has everything you need if you are wanting to cook in.
FYI - if you venture out to the downtown area or restaurants, count on the taxi pricing being approx. $80 US one way. It was great having a gym and beach club (you do have to pay a weekly fee for both). The service at the beach club could be improved. Some days we had no service at all on the beach unless we went up to the bar or restaurant and asked for menus, drinks etc.
The host was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly and the property manager was also very responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, a great stay!
