Most of the staff were friendly, helpful abd responsive. Resort is beautiful. Kids loved the water park. There were some good food options. Pizza was amazing. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the rooms. Also have one meal included or at least snacks.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! Everything is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new. The property is impeccably maintained and truly feels like a little paradise. It’s the perfect size beach resort — not too big or overwhelming — which made it ideal for our family. As parents, we were able to relax and unwind, while the kids had an amazing time and were never bored. The balance between relaxation and fun was just perfect. We would happily return and highly recommend it to other families looking for a beautiful and stress-free beach getaway!

Given a dirty room, late check-in, and had issues with plumbing and no Wi-fi. Room phone was damaged and front desk difficult to get ahold of.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Amenities at the One Particular Harbour Residences were private and relaxing. A huge upgrade from the crowded beach resort side of the hotel.

Adult pool had non stop birds flying in the pool killing fish in the pool there was no chlorine in the pool to keep it clean

The studio with ocean view was very roomy, well appointed, with a great view. It just needed a few more shelves or drawers fo be perfect. The different restaurant’s were a bit pricy, but very good food and service. The pools and landscaping were outstanding. The location, downtown, is very walkable for souvenir shopping and self touring.

Beautiful beach, room is very clean and nice. Spacious room with kitchen was good for our family. The wall is very thin and you can hear everything the next door though. Not much restaurant option but you can walk to the local restaurants in 15 minutes. Best location in downtown
