The rooms need repair. Pools are nice and there is lots to do for kids, but there is no accommodating for delays. Our flight was cancelled and we didn't arrive until the next day and there was no apology no nothing for us.

The rooms are tight & the bathroom design and doors were horribly designed leaving very little privacy. Exercise classes were canceled last minute as well as boat excursions. Wifi is not secure, we experienced bank fraud on one of our accounts. Wouldnt have thought this type of named brand corporate hotel would have such weak security. They also add on service fees for each day besides resort fees without your knowledge. Shame on them pay your staff better than pass it on to your guests. We had much better stays elsewhere. Would not return.

Great water park included, beautiful jazz club, newly renovated room in the west tower, great maid service for our room, nice beaches and vibe. But overall service at the resort is perfunctory at best and in no way indicative of the five star room rates, but I think that’s also just a Bahamas thing. On site restaurants are hard to book, so plan ahead. Food was hit or miss. Leola and Marcus were great. Sugar Factory and Regatta Buffett were very mediocre but just as expensive.

The staff do not understand customer service. They are rude and act like anything you ask is an inconvenience. The hotel is very overpriced. It’s a beautiful resort but I would never come back here

Very. Good everything is good except prices for food. It is very expensive Some restaurants even they claim they have fine food but food not so good. For example Chinese fine restaurants have very expensive prices but quality of food terrible I live in New Your here take out much better then in this restaurant. I think it should be working with.

The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was very nice for our family of 10 ages 7 to 68. We are not casino people, but we all enjoyed the beach, pools and water park. The MTS transportation service was amazing for helping transport us to our excursions and the airport. The Restaurants were great. We ate at Marcus which was amazing, The Sugar Factory was awesome, especially the desserts, my children loved Cinko for the sushi. All the pool area eating establishments were great too. All the guys out front were so nice. Ronard helped us a lot. All the staff were very nice to us. We had an awesome stay there. Would highly recommend it. The only thing that would make it better, was if the pools were open past 5pm each day. But I am sure you have some people who would not watch their children and that could be dangerous. Just maybe some type of nightly activity that was not arcade base. Overall a great family vacation and we made so many great memories. We will be back. Thank you for having such a great staff and facility to enjoy.
