Floors are old, dirty and mostly moldy and stinky... really disgusting smelly old carpets. Breakfast was good though. Room was ok but dated. Staff was great and check in was smooth. Got the room even before check-in time without hassle. No hidden fees at check-out. Access to Atlantis is the best of all! If you don't plan to use it, choose another hotel!

Staff was nice. Pool area was quite good (crisp). Appreciated the 2 double beds + the fold-out couch. Worked well for our family, 2 parents and 2 teens. Really close to Atlantis and enjoyed the access to it. Convenient location to restaurants and shops across the street as well. Quality as expected for a Comfort Inn.

The rooms were musty, and lamps at bedside broken. Patio doors locks broken. Air conditioning was louder than a jet. Restaurant not good. Only reason getting average score is because the people (staff) were nice and friendly. We will never stay again

The staff was great, the breakfast was amazing. On the downside, our toilet was not flushing well, the sliding door out the back of our room kept going off track and was difficult to lock and the fan in our room didn't work. I think these types of problems are unanimous in the country. I would stay there again.

The room was the bright spot - clean, spacious and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent. The downfall was the buffet breakfast, which was too crowded. On cold days, there was not enough inside capacity. Also, we had a food credit. We used it at 3 meals at the hotel and every time it was a hassle. This was our fifth trip back to Comfort Suites - but now thinking of other options.
