We stayed at this property for a week in March 2026. This was our first time travelling to the Bahamas. We had a lovely vacation and enjoyed the beaches, pool and local restaurants. A few notes :The house, especially the pool area could use a little upgrades to the furniture and cushions, everything felt very worn. The house was clean and perfect for a family, especially with little ones, the beds were VERY hard. The location, was OKAY - even though its a 5 minute walk to see the beach, accessing a nice beach is longer than that - we found 2 beaches but both were about a 30 minute walk either way to get to. Also, the main road that is close by is very busy and cars drive very fast so this wasnt ideal for us with small children but we did appreciate the grocery store being close and the local restaurants were good. Overall, communication with the host was fine... we never met her but she usually responded with any questions. We used the transportation service they suggested to get picked up from the airport but then after that just used cabs to get around, they have lots of cabs that you can access.

Alicia our host was friendly and welcoming - good information provided on arrival and great tips for travel and food recommendations.The house was spacious and sleeping accommodation couldn’t be faulted.We were informed, on arrival that the oven was not working but a small grill/oven was available as an alternative. Unfortunately, this was not sufficient to accommodate our cooking needs so wasn’t used.The fridge needs some attention. Whilst we were aware of the ice making facility not working, it also beeped continuously. Outside, was less impressive and real life did not reflect the images shown on the advert. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked but it was on the smaller size and the outside area was tired and in need of some TLC; although this didn’t impact on our enjoyment.Location was ideal. Cable beach is approx 7 min walk but was smaller than expected. The house is situated well for transport into town and access to local restaurants shops and bars.We had a great time!!

Large space , central location , private pool. However the washing machine flooded, no fan in kitchen which set off smoke alarm, air conditioner in living room did not work

The place was not as shown in the pictures. The pic was prob taken 10 years ago when it was in its prime. Unkept grass and negligent property maintenance exterior lights not working in porch ceiling. We had to replace them. Front door knob just fell off. Coffee machine not right..... very slow, oven broken and still dirt on the floors. There with 4 men, so it was short lived and we were outside a lot so the disappointing interior details we worked around. Not great but ok. The bedrooms and baths were very nice and mattresses great. Overall the place has much more potential if there was a little more care from the rental company

This is a great vacation or extended-stay property for a large group --- it is large, open, clean, and has many amenities. Although the gathering areas are large and open, the bedrooms still remain private and the bathrooms are modern with all the bells & whistles. The pool looks a little more grand in the pictures than it does in person; however, it is functional, clean, and we had a great time on the grill and hanging out around the pool area. Communication was excellent, as were arrival and check-in. Alicia is a phenomenal host and is available by text if you need her. In addition, not only was their preferred driver available for our airport trips, he was also our driver for several outings on the island. He was also very personable, engaging, and offered great suggestions.The home is in walking distance to numerous restaurants, retail, and a full-service supermarket. The Baha Mar resort is also in walking distance.

We had the most wonderful stay, from the initial communication with Florian, to the check in and interactions with Della, we absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. Beautiful rooms all surrounding a gorgeous communal area, and fab outdoor facilities. Great location and so much nearby to see and do! Had the absolute best time staying with you!!

Our family vacation at this property was amazing. Communication with Bianca and Della was stellar! They were very responsive and went above and beyond. Della was very kind to offer suggestions on local restaurants and places to visit.Location is ideal. We walked to the beach beside Sandals (10 minutes) and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. A grocery store is not too far away as well. It is in a safe neighbourhood, although the house next door was abandoned (possible future reno?) the community was quiet and seemed very lovely and well kept.The house was clean and modern with lots of space. The kids used the pool as a nice refresher after spending a hot day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with your basic items for cooking. The beds and towels were comfortable and nice. It was a just what we were looking for.

Great house in a great location

Very comfortable house in a great location in Nassau. Was able to walk to the beach just across the street. Grocery store just down the street too.
