Everything in the house was great with the exception of the water pressure. If someone is in the shower and any other water is used in the house, the water literally turns into a trickle. The house was well stocked with everything you need.

Amazing!

This property was stellar. We spent a week here and have nothing but raves for this place. The beds in particular are very comfy. The kitchen definitely met our needs. The kids greatly enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the hot tub. Close enough to everything in town to make it a great spot to return to. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick Family Escape

My family of 5 stayed here for a quick trip to Nashville, and it was a great spot! Hallson team welcomed us with a really nice welcome basket. They really thought of everything to make it a home away from home. The kitchen had all the equipment that you need to make a fancy dinner - and I loved that they had plastic picnic stuff too! My kids really enjoyed the hot tub, and I enjoyed sitting by the firepit while they were in the hot tub. You are a very short drive to Broadway and Germantown - both areas that we enjoyed. I will point out that there are a lot of stairs and if you have kids you may be going up and down a lot. (They wanted me to share that they loved the TVs in their rooms and their own bathrooms.) It is also close to the highway, so you’ll have highway noise, but you have easy access to the highways. We didn’t mind either the stairs or the highway proximity. We were slightly bothered by the fact that a hot tub cleaning person walked into the house. My husband was there working and said that while this person did knock, he was surprised that he just walked in and that we were not given the heads up that maintenance/cleaning needed to be done. All that being said, we would definitely stay here again!

Nashville or Bust

The pictures do the property justice; however, the picture for the room that has the "twin beds" is missing and is kind of misleading; it worked but it would've been nice to have a real picture so we understood it was trundle bed versus bunk beds or two twins side by side. Other than that, the 3 bedrooms were great. The thermostat was an issue - mostly because Nashville was experiencing unseasonable temperatures; however, the thermostat was programmed and would not change so the property got pretty cold especially in the downstairs bedroom. Communication received 3 stars because it was a push-pull; I had to call to receive the check in code and WIFI information.On a lighter note, I would say this property sleeps 8 comfortably not 12 by any means. The hot tub was wonderful, however, I would add a rug when you enter from the outside so people do not slip like one of my guests did. Lastly, it was only a 10 Uber ride from Broadway so that was perfect! I would stay here again, but it would be nice if it had some personal touches like menus or rugs in the bathroom for the cold floors.

Beautiful home!

Came to Nashville for a birthday trip and the home was more spacious than expected! Plenty of room for everyone and really close to downtown with a rooftop view!

Weekend Celebration

House was really nice and clean. The rooftop was great!! We had a large group and sleeping arrangements all worked out but felt the listing could have been more transparent about the “5th bedroom” actually being the living room. It all worked out but not sure it would have if we had a 12th person. The location is good as it was only a short ride to downtown. There isn’t much around the area and a lot of construction work going on in the area but that didn’t really impact the trip in any way. Overall we all really enjoyed our stay and had a blast in Nashville!
