Traveled with husband. Walking distance to broadway—3mins! Diner next door was delicious. Check in was problem free. We had a great experience. Front desk friendly and the building was very clean all throughout. Our unit was in great condition. Only feedback I have : areas in unit need painting and deeper cleaning — walk in closet walls need painting and bathroom. the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you!!
The elevators quit working and the staff was very cold and indifferent about it. They could care less people had to walk up 30 stories to their rooms or that it would be 24 hours before being fixed. Otherwise was a nice place.
I am staying here if I return to Nashville.

Perfect area, walking distance to Broadway and restaurants.
You simply can not beat the location. The apartment was clean and ample. Great value for the price. However, the bed was pretty horrible. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed a week during 4th of July . Location was amazing close walking distance to everything. Great helpful accommodating front desk service. The rooms were wonderful that provided all your needs! We will be back!!!
Parking was tricky for guests.
Lots of convenience if you needed food or groceries without all the crowds of Broadway.
