Great hotel. But don’t stay if driving. Our Truck and 14 others at this hotel and 4 other hotels in the area for a total of 40 vehicles got windows broken same night. Police told us staying near the airport is a targeted area for crime and breaking into vehicle. Been to Nashville 3 times this year and first time staying near the airport and last time. Hotels great, clean and awesome. expect your car to be broken into.

We’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza several times for its convenient location. This time we were only on the property six hours due to a late check-in and an early flight. For the first time we had an issue with our room. Unfortunately, Maintenance isn’t on-shift at 11:00 PM. It wasn’t a critical issue but it was worth reporting. The clerk said I could call the manager the next morning and “she’d make it right.” I did as was suggested and the manager adjusted our fee to my satisfaction. Will certainly stay again.

Staff was helpful, room was very clean, shower was wonderful, location was close to shopping and dining. However, the 1st night (Friday) of our 2 night stay my vehicle (along with 4 others) was vandalized and robbed (roughly $2k personal items taken & likely $5k+ in damages). It took law enforcement 1.5 hours to show up before we could make a report. Also, the only person that had access to pull camera footage happened to be out of town, so the report is still incomplete. Since we are from out of state this makes it extremely difficult to file insurance claims. Sadly, after this incident the staff explained to us that this was not uncommon and as a matter of fact was known to occur about every other Friday night. There was also supposed to be a bar in the lobby but due to short staffing it was closed. As for the full breakfast buffet on our 2nd morning, there was nothing offered as the cook decided not to show up for work. All things considered I would 10/10 highly not recommend staying here.
Plastic taped on the window to cover where the thief shattered it while getting in to steal my property.
Drivers side window no longer attached to my vehicle.

Unfortunately the blinds wouldn't close, so there was light infiltration all night - there was no airport shuttle operating (ends now at 6pm?) and the room climate control was only partially functional, but other than that Mrs. Lincoln....the play was just great....?
