It was such a cute place!! The shower was heavenly and the beds were so comfy. Grant was super easy to get a hold of and even worked with me to adjust the dates. We were able to walk from Nissan Stadium and Broadway was a short uber ride away. Also appreciated the free parking under the building. We would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was super cute, clean, in a great location and had a pretty view of downtown and the sunset. The host was super responsive but we really didn’t need much because they made sure the space was exactly what any guest would need.

Nice place but couldn't shower

Overall the location and unit were nice. The problem was the shower that would fill up and drain super slow. It was gross. Contacted owner and they were prompt with replies but no one showed up to fix

Cute apartment!!

Such a cute little apartment!! The space was perfect for me, my sister and our 9 year old daughters!! There were a few local places to eat and shop that we could walk to and easy to Uber quick to broadway.

Not like the photos

The condo is much smaller than what it appears. In addition, if you are thinking of using the bunk beds and/or pull out sofa keep in mind there are no window covering on the corner windows in the kitchen. This condo did not work for our family of four with two young kids. We left less than ten minutes after checking in.

Weekend Getaway

Stayed over the weekend for my mom’s birthday. Very cute property! Everything was very clean and check-in was effortless. We were always able to get a spot in the garage so parking was a breeze. The property is close to everything, but far enough away that you aren’t caught in constant traffic. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again on our next visit!

Pretty little apartment in a great location

The apartment itself was very clean and adorable. We were all very comfortable (6 people) and the place was relaxing. We really loved that there was private parking under the building and the location was awesome. The ability to communicate with the host was complicated by VRBO technical difficulties and i had to search for a way to contact them about questions i had. Once we were in contact, they were very helpful and friendly. The listing says there is a rooftop patio, but we could not find a way to get onto the roof and the keypad in the parking garage was a little finicky. We would rent this place again on our next trip to Nashville.

We had an excellent stay in East Nashville at this cute place. There was ample space for two people (and the double queen bunk beds made cramming in up to 6 people for a short time a reasonable prospect). Parking was really easy, either on the street or in the unassigned garage below. The location was a good one, just a ~7 minute drive or ~$8 Lyft from the downtown and broadway areas. The bed was fantastic to sleep in, with the best sheets I've ever slept on in a hospitality setting before, and we would definitely stay again.

Adorable condo a mile from downtown.

Communication and check in were a breeze. Condo looked just like the pictures, super cute! Beds are comfy, hot water on demand is so nice! Convenient for Uber pick ups, lots of restaurants close by. Parking garage was tight with a truck but that’s our fault, but don’t think you’ll ever find a spot on the road to park because it’s always full. Blinds on the kitchen corner that retract would be a nice addition in the future, but other then that it’s perfect! We had a little issue with the keypad in the parking garage not working, but it was the bldg not the fault of the owner, and he got right back to my messages asap. Would definitely stay here again for a Nashville getaway!

Beautiful Apartment!

The apartment was perfect for the four of us! Decorated beautifully and perfect for pictures. Location is away from all the craziness but a super short Uber ride away from broadway. Loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again in the future!
