Immaculate condo in great location near all the action. Area looked sketchy but was fine to walk around during the day. Entry app for doors and parking garage were a pain but got the hang of it. Thermostat was ridiculously difficult. We had to contact owner. Queen bed sags in middle - not comfortable for us. Train passing all the time did not disturb our sleep thank god. This is the cleanest newest looking rental we have ever had. Walls are thin and bedroom with 2 beds has a cut out in the wall that opens in the kitchen/ living room so there is no real privacy in terms of noise. You can see living room lights and hear everything from the living space and balcony. Not a problem if everyone sleeps at the same time. The balcony was great- just noisy when the trains passed. Kitchen had everything we needed.

An ice and snow storm hit Nashville the weekend we were supposed to go. I asked the host if there was a back up generator because the national weather station forecasted loss of power due to ice. I was told no and noticed from other reviews that power goes out easily at the condo. I then asked, because of safety issues, to reschedule for another weekend and was told no again.

Great location. Easy to walk downtown. So much to see close by. The heater had problems but the group was so great to get us what we needed to be comfortable. Great communication and responsive.

Never received email with app link to open parking garage or front door. Had to get out of car in the rain to use keypad. A/C was out for 2 days. All day on phone messaging management to get it fixed. Master bed was broken no supporting the middle it was standing against closet wall in master. Very uncomfortable. Part of town it is located in is a bit sketchy. Just terrible management and property upkeep.

The apartment was perfect! Extremely clean and had plenty of room for 5 people. Host was responsive and helpful in answering questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place tot stay in Nashville

Location is perfect. Minutes from Broadway. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the activity on the River. Kitchen is well stock. Having a washer and dryer is amazing. Very clean and comfy.

Very clean and spacious enough for 6 adults to be comfortable while relaxing without feeling cramped. The balcony was a highlight for a few members of our party who loved watching the trains and barges go by. If you like a soft mattress you are in luck-only aspect of the stay that was not a hit. Customer support was very responsive in figuring out how to provide multiple parties with Latch app code access. Although the app indicates you can share with others that does not work at this property. The easiest solution is to all log into the app with the same credentials. Essential when you have multiple adults staying in the same unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Weird cleaning smell in the hallways. Everything else was fine but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and i hated having no windows in the basement apartment or rather windows that you couldn't open the shades on.

Lots of trains

Checking in was very technical. We had to wait outside for the cleaning person to finish even though it was 4:00. The long WHITE pictureless hallway into the living space is notimpressive. Walls had black marks everywhere. Bedroom is not private as it is open to the livingroom. Couch is not a bed but is advertised as one. Tub was clogged but maintenance did fix for us. Constant train traffic can be heard all night long.

Girls Trip in Nashville

We stayed here for our girls trip and we had the best time. The condo was very nice and clean. You need to download an app which you use to unlock all of the doors. This made us feel very safe and secure, especially since we are females in our early 20s. The location itself was great, however it was a little sketchy at night. It’s about a 20 minute walk downtown, so we just Ubered which was about a 6 minute drive. Overall, it was a great trip and we would definitely book again!!

Nice place, convenient, very clean. Yes, you can hear trains all night long (it was pretty bad a couple nights) which the write up didn’t say. Had a couple problems (smoke detector beeping first night every 5 minutes and shower didn’t fully work, you were standing in a tub full of water while showering) but host was quick to respond to messages.

Good and Frustrating

Overall our stay was good, but we had a planned building water outage on one day that we were not aware of and the power went out in the area on our second day. Frustrating for sure as we had to adjust our plans and when the powers went out we just headed to the airport. Four flights of stairs with suitcases was not fun, glad we didn’t have to carry them up!The condo was as we expected and loved the river view, the barges moving up and down the river and the train passing over the bridge. The homeless population in the area was a concern as we opted to walk around town, only a mile for Broadway was great, but cautious on our walk.The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Slept well in the beds.
