We stayed two nights and loved every minute of it! The pictures are exactly the way it looks in person. Check-in was easy and everything was as the listing described. A quiet street and close to downtown. It is located in a central area that makes it super convenient to get to the Opry, the Parthenon, or West Nashville. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville in the future. Highly recommend!

55 n Still Alive girls trip

The five of us were all very pleased with this rental. Very clean and super cute with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and great quality linens. The only thing is the patio furniture on the back deck is well past its life and needs replaced.

Sibling Trip

This is a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. It was perfect for our 5 adults. It is just over a mile to Broadway with all the bars and restaurants. For us, that was a short Uber trip….about 15 for an XL depending on the time of day. Pickup time at the house was usually 2 to 3 minutes. The communication with Ashley was excellent, quick response to any and all questions. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home

We had an awesome experience. Love the decor and home is very cozy. The king bed in the primary suite has ruts in mattress and may need to be flipped or replaced. Some towels had stains on them. Hosts were exceptional communicators.

Upon arrival of property we loved the appearance of the house. Entering was like walking into the listing on the website. Everything was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, the living room was cozy and the bathrooms were clean and beautiful.

Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for the 5 of us! Centrally located to downtown, just around the corner for an amazing Farmers Market & a 20 minute Uber to the airport. The house was amazing! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, great sitting areas for us to have a drink and laugh. Only thing we didn't know how to do was operate the sound speaker. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great stay

Property was clean and very upscale. Location was close to the market and about 3 miles from broadway. Even a view of the Nashville skyline from the second floor balcony. Enough space for my family of 6. Loved it. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly.

Adult Getaway

This Luxe Downtown Home was more than we expected. It was in a great neighborhood, very cozy with a lot of character and close to Broadway. Uber rides were cheap during the day and then we used the Nash Vegas transportation as well. Ashley always got back to us at a timely manner and was always helpful. We definitely will stay here again in the future!
