This was a horrible experience. We only stayed 1 night and had no water in the shower the next morning. Front desk was really rude when i went to tell them. Outlets was hanging in my room. I had not 1 garbage can in the room. No ice bucket. Just horrible.

The property looked very rundown. It almost looked as if it was not open for business when I arrived. It honestly looks very scary at night on the outside. I was unable to change hotels since I had already paid but if I could have an afforded to, I would have just forfeited the money to stay elsewhere. There was water stains on the ceiling in my room and the door did not lock. I complained about it on the first night and they did not get back to me until almost the second night. I will switch to another room that was just OK. The shower door did not close all the way, so it allow water to get on the bathroom floor. The rooms are very basic. The fitness center is basically just two treadmills. Other guests were very loud in the hallways, slamming doors at two and 3 AM and letting their dog run up and down the hallway. It seemed very ghetto is also not in a great area. It is located on a dark backstreet with nothing near it to do. It was not an enjoyable place to be so I tried my best to stay out as much as possible. I hate that I wasted my money on this place. It will never stay in another one of their hotels.

The receptionist staff were nice enough. However, this property was not as advertised. There was ongoing construction throughout the building, including the elevator. Everything looked run down except the inside of the hotel room. To add to that, the shower drain was not working properly. We had to stand in a growing puddle with each shower. As you can imagine, that was not a great experience.

Hotel was supposedly recently remodeled, but it looks like it’s still mid process. There’s painters tape everywhere. There’s masking tape everywhere. There’s no wallpaper, there’s no door jams between the room and the hallway. The shower sprays water everywhere, I’m sure there will be mold problem soon. We paid close to $200 a night and we could hear all of our neighbors, through the walls and under the doors, at all times. I took lots of pictures to document it all. It’s not really close to anything so you have to Uber or drive everywhere. We won’t be staying there again.

The staff was excellent, they were very kind and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met.Then motel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. My family and I loved the yogurt and waffle makers. It was in a good location for us and I like that the parking was free. I recommend staying here. I’m sure we’ll be staying here again.!

Reading previous reviews I was hesitant on booking, but glad I did. Booked here last minute on a spontaneous trip. Room was on 3rd floor. Yes, it was obvious they are not done with updates as the drywall and paint needs finished. Who cares? My room was brand new and didnt stink, was clean and AC worked great. That's all i cared about. Front desk was friendly to me, breakfast was fresh and full (even with 2 tour bus groups there) yes could have been hotter but its continental breakfast. Served its purpose. Would absolute book here again.

The hotel allows long-term guests (residents???) who act like they own the place. They are up most of the night and surprisingly, early morning, slamming doors, yelling down hallways, and making all manner of racket in the surrounding rooms. It was impossible to sleep without being woken several times per night, despite the use of sleeping pills. Slamming doors well past 1am on a weekday. Breakfast was also dismal. The long-term guests/residents lowers the score significantly. I’ve stayed at this location last fall and it was great for the price. I won’t be back.

The entire property is under construction and there was no warning about its conditions. Drywall, exposed electrical, wet paint signs, unfinished carpet, etc. The door to our bathroom was rotted. Floor was dirty. Breakfast was good and the beds were fine.

The check in process was a nightmare. The bathroom was still dirty and there was dirt and crumbs on the floor on arrival. Would not recommend.

The hotel was under renovation and this was not disclosed. The bedding was clean but that’s about it. The room itself was not the cleanest; There appeared to be drops of blood on the floor by the entry way. The parking lot was full of debris .The staff was the best thing. Friendly and helpful.
