The hotel was incredibly noisy due to construction and distance from the railroad tracks. Parking was also minimal and the weird structure was hazardous and poorly lit… we damaged our rims in the process.

This is a very eclectic yet appealing hotel/hostal to /“stay very private if you ask me the security process to enter the premises from the elevator to my room was top notch i felt secure all the time, the common areas are very well maintained the staff is eager to go the extra mile no names needs to be bragged they all amazing, entering my room i dropped a glass bottle the male house keeper made sure i was okay knocked on my door and even helped to clean my own mistake, and that’s outstanding service, the front clerk always helping me with personal situations, never once I received a no i love how at times i felt back in NY at the mondrian or soho house but very quiet and when at first i didnt like my room and even though about switching i came at night time and open the curtains to unvail the sky line view of nashvile DT and it was sold, waking up me and my dong brownie to an stunning view was just chef kiss the ladies knew how to make me feel wholesome again and didnt even ask they just owe me for no reason THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart i had an amazing stay and i will repeat it as many times as i can Congrats! YOU ARE ALL ROCKSTARS!!!

The room was spacious and the utilities were efficient and helpful. Decent view and great natural lighting. Ample parking and the staff was helpful. Bummer the train is so close and the bar and restaurant weren’t open yet. Would definitely stay here again if circumstances called for it!

Excellent stay. The room was very clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Everything felt organized and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I really appreciated the overall cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and how smooth everything went during my stay. We arrived and they had sold the room we booked, so they put us in a smaller room with shared kitchen, fine, we didn’t care. We came to the hotel because we had no power ad we were a part of the horrific winter ice storm in Nashville. Unfortunately our room didn’t get above 61 degrees. We called, they came and said they would return in 15 minutes. They never came back. We checked out this morning and when I complained, the manager basically yelled at me when I asked if there was anything they could do. We will never go back to such a poorly rundown place! We felt like we were kicked while down!
