We called for additional blankets and had to call twice before they finally arrived then next day we called for toilet paper and it NEVER arrived, we called an hour later and no answer so we had to use paper towels.

The number 1 elevator late at night got stuck. The only way to let anyone know we were stuck in it was to call the fire department. It took a half hour to finally get freed. Avoid elevator 1. I took the stairs after that trauma as I couldn’t bring myself to trust the elevators after that. They didn’t charge us for the room which was appreciated but we never got sleep that night. Just thought some people might not like this issue.

Pros: Great location! Huge room, valet parking. Friendly service. Cons: Parking was expensive at $59.00 per night. Shower curtain rod was bent which caused water to leak all over the floor. Elevator broke down ( I don’t think anyone was in it. Or I hope not) Breakfast area was in front of the doors which was insanely cold to eat without warm clothes on. Hotel is becoming dated.
