We enjoyed our stay with you just a few comments We did not get fresh towels and wash cloths the final day of our day also was close on running out of tolet paper. Elevators were slow and not all of them appeared to work, The breakfast and Happy hour was excellant and staff were very helpful. Check in and out staff were very informative. And helpful

The room is lovely. Plan on waiting at the elevator at least 20 minutes each time. Do not park your car with the valet. The wifi is weak. For $500 a night, there are too many issues. The elevators have been SLOW for years. We will not stay here again for those reasons.

The room is great, bathroom is great - service didn't refill our coffee bar, he elevators are still HORRID (plan on waiting 10 minutes to get the elevator - sadly this is not a joke), DO NOT PARK in the valet - use spot hero to find a local spot - as valet takes 30-45 minutes, check in wasn't great, super slow wifi - don't think we will return.

Hotel was located right off Broadway and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Outside is noisy at night. The elevators are VERY slow and a few inoperable, especially for how many floors they have. Overall good stay, would stay again.

Our trip was not great this time. The valer was horribly long and unserstaffed. I asked for change for a twenty to give half to the valet and the front desk told me “do we look like a bank, no we have no change”. So rude and unhelpful. We had to leave early and they wouldnt even call expedia/hotels.com to ask for a day refund. I was so sick of this hotel we left early anyways. Great location, but elevators took forever and everyone was complaining about staff. Not a great environment. I probably wont be back

A most excellent stay and we would stay here again. We did have one issue: housekeeping missed our room one of the days we were there! Excuse was that the deadbolt was locked and they thought the rooom was occupied. We were gone all day from 10:15 until 5ish - no way the the door was locked all day!
