We arrived at the hotel, and they tell us we couldn’t valet cause they were full !! Told us to drive a block away and pay $35 for a garage! I was so mad! Never had experienced a hotel that required you to book your valet prior to checkin! The guy would not budge! Someone from the 1 hotel next offered us valet and were very kind. I wanted to stay at the 1 but there price was ridiculous for one night. So we decided to stay at this one. as a frequent traveler, I will not be staying here again. Room was clean though. I just think the customer service needs some tweaking

We usually stay at Embassy Suites for many reasons but this in particular stay was above and beyond. The valet Bradley was a great help with our vehicle, luggage, and in the know about all things in Nashville. So...thank you Bradley!

It wasn't just an ordinary breakfast bar. It was the entire fourth floor like a cafeteria. Never seen anything like it and the food was awesome. I'd love the facility and would definitely stay there again when I go back to Nashville

Couldn’t park at hotel where I paid for valet parking except last night. Said valet was full the other days and had to pay across the street for parking $65 a night

Location a positive; property relatively new/clean; spacious room with good work space. Front desk staffer refused to add items from market to my bill as I had done twice before despite not assisting anyone at the time. Rudely guided to archaic self serve terminal despite repeated requests to simply add to my bill. Not pleasant exchange.
