Loved this hotel’s room layout, cleanliness, breakfast and location. Enjoyed sitting on rooftop in evening. Staff and guests all seemed friendly. Would give hotel perfect rating if it weren’t for the 1st floor’s restaurant manager. Was dissatisfied with the restaurant’s manager who was rude and dismissive when approached with a complaint on one of his staff. He was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Due to above encounter, unsure if i would stay here again as there aren’t enough restaurants to avoid this one.

Tried to use the stairs and got locked in the stairwell and mine and my friend across the hall both got locked out of our rooms cause the batteries on the locks didn’t work.. Not really happy . Customer service was horrible. From check in to check out. Room reservations were not kept even though checked in on time. No parking available. Hotel is filled with conventions so does not need to rely on customer service for it's tourist. There are much better options in the area. Marriott across the street was much better

The stay was amazing with friendly, staff. The room was clean, and when I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste, it was brought up to me very quickly. No problems or issues.

Fantatic property. From the room to the included amenities. Included breakfast, happy hour with snacks and two included drinks. And $25 food credit per day! Almost didnt have to go out to eat at all! Amazing. Will definitely keep this chain in mind for future trips! Thank you very much

We loved our stay here. Our only complaint is that there was always a really long wait for the elevators during the day, but the hotel was sold out. The staff was fantastic, the room was beautiful, the bar and pool are top notch, and the breakfast was perfect every single morning. We will definitely be staying here again.
