Get Getaway in a lovely Neighborhood

The place was wonderful and accommodates for a lot of people. The location was far away from the night life, but centralized enough to not be too far of an Uber drive away. Check-in and Check-out was easy. Highly recommend.

The stay was wonderful would definitely stay again close to everything we needed or wanted to do the place is exactly how you see it and the host was wonderful and very prompt and went above and beyond for our needs to be met incase you want to make some breakfast the kitchen met those needs as well

The place was very nice and spacious for the group. However the floors were dirty when we arrived like it needed to be mopped, we had black at bottom of our feet walking on the floor barefoot.

The stay was better than I could’ve ever imagined! Communication was great between me and the hosts (available to answer any questions I had), property was clean, and it was nearby downtown so everything was a quick drive away! Would definitely stay again

Awesome place to stay. Super nice, pictures don’t do it justice. Really close to downtown. Location is a little ghetto but not terrible. That area is definitely improving. I’d definitely stay minty every time I return to Nashville.

Nashville friends trip

Came to town to see Tyler Childers at Bridgestone. Place was perfect for our group, plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood itself isn’t very walkable but it is a quick ride to Broadway and Germantown, which we checked out while here as well. Had a great time and Stay Minty was great to work with.

Honky Tonk Bday Celebration

We rented Pecan 1 and 2, a total of 17 people, 3 bday celebrations, everything was great! Units are nicely decorated, clean, great floor plans, plenty of comfy beds. The Stay Minty folks are very responsive, very friendly and welcoming.. Property is a short ride to Broadway.

Great place, the area slightly outside the neighborhood is a bit sketchy as others have said, but the neighborhood itself is incredibly nice and it looks like the surrounding area is still being developed. Pool table was a nice touch.
