Great location and friendly staff. Nice modern room with a great shower. Good ventilation in bathroom - it didn't fog up. Our window looked out onto an inner courtyard with a roof, and not outside, which was a bit disappointing.

Very professional staff and I had tremendous help by Delores in Valet after being scared to death from a homeless person being so upset and threw a cup at my car for absolutely no reason. She was very calming and listened to my concerns and just super sweet and caring! I hope you move your valet people back towards the door soon once construction is over- as it is not safe in the alley they are placed. Very nice hotel! Thank you!
