First floor features a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, living room with a flat screen TV and powder room. Second floor includes master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. Guest room holds two twin beds and en suite bathroom. A shopping center, complete with a Publix, is a quick walk and the dining and shopping adventures of Fifth Avenue and Venetian Village are a short drive away. Catch the sunsets from this western facing property! Sorry no pets....120 day minimum.
