High ceilings, beautiful flooring and open floor plan perfect for families and entertaining. Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, and separate indoor and outdoor dining areas. Brand new 65" large screen TV in living area with comfortable seating for all. A gas BBQ grill is available on the lanai for your outdoor grilling pleasure.
The home has a king size bed in the master bedroom (with walk-in closet), queen size in the first guest room and two twin beds in the third bedroom.
You will have full use of Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes' beautiful amenity center, which includes a resort-style pool and spa with lap lanes, a resistance pool, covered lanai, cabanas, fire-it, fitness center, a movement room, a har-tru tennis court, 4 pickleball courts, and bocce ball court. Private and group pickleball and tennis lessons/clinics with pros available.
Enjoy community activities, for example, fitness classes (yoga, circuit training, tabata water conditioning, essentrics), kayak tours, live poolside music, cocktails & canvas, Marco Island sunset cruise, book club and game groups (canasta, mah jongg, bunco).

Very enjoyable two weeks
We spent a delightful 2 1/2 weeks here and enjoyed this home very much. Quiet neighborhood, nice community center with pool and workout room. We had some minor hiccups on the first day, but our host was quick to respond and get things straightened out. We had family visit for a few days and we accommodated everyone comfortably. Lovely home. Even our cat enjoyed his stay!
