Archer Napa Didn’t like: first room on second floor, where all the large festivities and conventions are probably held raised a noise concern. Thankfully no events were held that day. However the ventilation in the room was quite noisy. The room was quite small and the bench affixed to the foot of the bed left a narrow space between it and the dresser. We felt the narrow gap creates an accident waiting to happen situation if and when you have to get up in the middle of the night when nature calls. We would suggest staying away from rooms on the second floor. Fortunately we were able to get an upgrade on the 4th floor the following day. It was roomier and the ventilation was not noisy at all. We are grateful to the staff and their help. Can’t say enough good things about the hospitality personnel.

Extremely slow service. It took them over 40 minutes to deliver electric kettle in the room to make tea after one follow up. (Only coffee machine in the room by default). Similar experience for all my 5 other service requests. The washroom sink kept clogging (such a yucky experience) but their staff were reluctant to open the pipes to clean. All they did was to pour some liquid that didn't resolve the issue. Thankfully had to check out and it's some other guest's issue now!

Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and tasting rooms along with amazing bakeries near by. Roof top bar closed earlier than expected so we never had a chance to go up there. The gym and spa are very nice. Great view when you’re exercising. The standard room is nice but doesn’t have a lot of space. Would recommend this hotel for the convenience of not having to drive unless you’re going to the vineyards

The Archer Den was okay, we recieved the ADA handicap room with roll in. Was not needed by any members in our party. Would have been great with a regular Archer Den. Also we booked the den for the balcony and fireplace. Due to being on the Kohls side of the hotel our view was terrible and because of the garbage trucks, construction at Kohls…. I think and the laundry trucks parking no leaving their truck engine s going we couldn’t even be outside on the balcony. The noise started each day at 6am!! 😟 until 9-10 pm. So bummed by this stay. For the expensive per night stay I think I need to stay somewhere else.
