Property is nice at a surface level. Photographs well! Heating and cooling in rooms is awful. Rooms are very small, and walls are quite thin. Staff is very helpful and willing to go out of their way. Breakfast is a nice treat. Outdoor seating areas can be a bit scarce on busy weekends. It’s convenient for walking and close to town and restaurants. Free E-Bike rentals and beach chairs while supplies last. It’s too pricey for what you get, but it’s Nantucket, so get used to it.
