The location was excellent, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and professional throughout my stay. I would like to extend special recognition to Emmanuel from security for his professional handling of a disgruntled guest. Well worth the stay

Overall a very nice stay. I wouldn’t consider this a 4.5 star hotel, but it was nice and comfortable, staff was friendly and room was functional and a decent size. River view room was nice, beautiful view.

Close to the castle

Nice hotel attached to the casino very near the castle. I enjoyed running through the castle in the morning. Other than the castle, the location is rather inconvenient and away from the rail station and town, but still walkable.

Wellness? Not so well.

Hotel is advertising that its a wellness hotel. However the wellness (sauna, steambath, jacuzzi) is very small and was crowded. Dont go there for the wellness!

Visiting Namur, this is the right hotel!

Very happy with amenities, location, staff, cleanliness and pretty much everything. The room was exceptional, really quiet and with an exceptional bed! We were able to fully recharge each night with a very good night’s sleep! We enjoyed the river view, the breakfast and also the fitness and wellness area!!!
