unpleasant stay

The stay was unpleasant, stay here for couple of time but won't return to stay here again anymore. So LUCKY that there's wedding reservation that weekend, wedding family act like they book the whole resort and celebrate like at home which is quite annoying with the disturbing noises. Great that staff exchange room after complain but this doesn't help in early morning in 5am due to the wedding ceremony starts 6am, more unknown people came in to the resort parked infront of the room without shutting down the car engine. Front desk manager wasn't happy about my complain with uncertain reply with feel free to not come back. Overall, bad management on separating group and private customers, but happy for the new married couple for their new life, best wishes!
