Medium Range Hotel

Stay was fine, we didnt spent much time in the hotel. Came back to hotel to have a sleep at night. Room was clean. Complementary Breakfast was not at all good. It was not served at the hotel. They give a coupon and we need to show it to the nearby restaurant. Best past is that they give dosa but charge you for coffee.

I am disappointed and felt missable after booking online through Expedia and time to check in the property staff told there is no such room and facility according to ur booking .. with elderly family and kid it was late noon and tired . They told us to do rebooking by cash .. even though I produced ur confirmation mail and message .. I had no energy to argue and raise complaints against Expedia misguided or the hotel guys .. terrible situation . U might pay me but it is insulting after the payment done online .. Terrible from both side ..
