My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay.

Staff was friendly. Stay away from Willow Bay! 1. No towels in room when we checked in. 2.No tv remote in living room. Found out why because no power on the receptacle for the tv. Was Told maintenance would be at room in 20 minutes never showed up. Called 1 time next morning. I missed that phone call tried to call back no answer. 3. Hot tub was half drained with green stinking stagnant water in it! 4. Pools were not clean. 5.The boards to the beach had screws sticking up out of them or boards were rotted. 6. Said it was renovated in 2023 if so they need to get money back they got cheated. 7. Furniture was dirty, smelled bad, and sticky. 8. Trash stayed in hallway all weekend long on every floor and it smelled terrible. 9. No staff after 10:00 until 9:00am next morning. 10. Mold on ac vents. 11. Beds were uncomfortable (hard) 12. Bedrooms were hot a/c 13. Checked in Thursday didn’t see housekeeping until Monday during checkout. 14. Window and window seal were dirty not been cleaned in a long time.
