This was a beautiful property. The view was stunning. We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset from the window by dining table. Perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed as we had most of our meals there. We did have a small issue but the management group responded so quickly! I will definitely return.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo was so clean and absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We will definitely be back!!

Don't waste your money

We only got to stay at the property for about 5hrs before we were KICKED OUT due to a double booking. After arriving at the property and settling in, we were met with other guests in our room around 9pm that evening. Gosia was contacted and my friend and I were told WE had to leave, as the other guests were family members of the condo owner. Gosia tried to say that we didn't have a reservation at all, placed blame on us, and then told us she could refund our money if we left (admitting to a confirmed and paid for reservation). Gosia was a terrible host. Rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful in every way. She kicked us out at 9pm, told us we were responsible to find another place to stay, and she would not be helping us in any way. The property itself is not as pictured. Hallways are dirty, broken items in condo, and not a great area in general. I would NOT stay at this condo, or any other property managed by Costal Properties/Gosia.

2 Star at best

Do not stay here What is going for it .. Separate bedroom Big balcony On the ocean Negatives Hotel is 2 star at best Mattresses are Cery Old Very uncomfortable Couch is old no sleeping on it either Shower head was old and rusty. We replaced it Tub is stained dirt and cracked Shower curtain moldy No cable tv in LR we asked for someone to set it up maintenance showed up scanned it and left. Still did not work. We consistently told them about it. No resolve Dogs. Dogs Dogs. Feces in hallways. In elevator. Disgusting We live dogs however lots if barking dirty and also some vicious dogs . Balcony has morning sun only. So shade all day Balcony chairs cracked. Told maintenance they did nothing so couldn’t sit in them Furniture is stained Honestly we are not fussy people We do expect something much classier for the amount of money we paid Go to the Marriott it’s much nicer.

Crappy Service

There are two condos with the same street address, both with 19 stories being the penthouse condos, both have the parking across the street. We went to the one that’s address was on VRBO site. That’s where we ended up first but the door didn’t match the description. My husband realized that the ONLY difference in the two condos is the zip code. However, before we figured that out, we called two different phone numbers provided by the mgmt company and one’s mailbox was full and the other had just a repeat of the number that you were calling so you don’t even know who you’re actually calling…no name, no company it was tied to, nada. Once my husband figured it out, we drove 30 minutes back the way we came, after already driving for 10 hours. We unloaded got some door dash and got some rest. The next morning I noticed two of the chairs looked like they’d been scratched by a cat so I sent a message to the mgmt company. (Keep in mind that we’d already left them emails, texts, and voicemails the night before.) I detailed, again, why I didn’t check the condo for damage the night before which is what you typically do. I told them I could take pics for them if they’d like. Reply?? Only about the flipping chairs!! So here they have in your face, staring at you, in the same space as the furniture report, and they make absolutely zero comments about their zero lack of communication of any kind to with us regarding the address or anything else except for those dumb chairs! We will NOT rent from this mgmt company EVER again. They lack common courtesy, empathy, kindness, and care for their clients. They’ve shown their true colors and I will never use them again.

Perfect Getaway!

My family of 3 & pup loved our weekend getaway! The place was extremely clean & well taken care of & the view was AMAZING! My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it since we left & she’s already asking when we’ll be going back! The answer is definitely very soon! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Condo is in a great location and has a great view of the ocean. Hosts are very accommodating. The amenities in the building are a plus.
