Great stay! The hotel is new, modern, and very clean — everything feels fresh and comfortable. The only small inconvenience is that self-parking requires crossing the street, but the hotel offers valet service, which makes things much easier. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

ice maker didn't work on refrigerator. internet was horrible. phone in room did not work, tv in room was bad. the color wasn't right almost black and white. My wife and i loved this hotel. Actually it's been out go to but i don't knw what has happened. Not to mention on our stay there was a power outage. They said it was citywide. but i've worked in the hotel business before and i think it's terrible that they didn't have back up generators to run the property. absolutely unacceptable

There was no hot water and later there was no water at all in my unit. When alerted the staff they did not attempt to fix the issue and said it was beyond their control. Hours later I was moved to another room which was an inconvenience.
